I forgot my UP DILNET username and password, how can I reactivate my UP DILNET account and use the CRS?

For security reasons, the UP Computer Center does not email usernames or

passwords. Please go to the UP Computer Center from Monday to Friday at

8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. to reactivate your UP DILNET account. Bring

valid UP student ID and Form 5 or any valid ID (e.g., valid driver's

license, valid passport, etc.) and proof of UP student status (e.g.,

letter from the College Dean or Department Chair, etc.).
